RC's Performance has addressed many issues with other spray bars on the market (nozzle spacing, air flow obstruction, integrated nozzles) with our new dry nitrous spray bar. Less hardware in air box reduces risk of component to loosen and fall into motor as I have seen happen with several other spray bar kits on the market. This kit will allow for even distribution between all four cylinders.   It will easily mount in any 01-11 GSXR 1000, 99-10 Hayabusa, 04-05 ZX10 and 06-10 ZX14  with minimum air flow intrusion.  CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminum for good looks and reduced weight.  The GSXR 1000 and Hayabusa spray bars are identical except the GSXR 1000 comes with spacers to help in aligning the spray bar in the air box, the Hayabusa lays flat against the top of the air box.  Our new design, incorporates the nozzles into the spray bar.  5 Axis CNC machined from a solid piece of aluminum. RC's Performance Spray bar includes all components to mount and setup our Spray Bar after nitrous solenoid, (you provide) or purchase separately. 

 

The 2 Stage spray bar allows a second shot (stage) of nitrous to be deployed through same nozzle allowing a more controllable ride and more efficient HP with less initial stress on motor.
