RC's (in-house) 2nd Gear Repair Service
Send your tranny to RC's for (in-house) 2nd gear repair and undercutting, Chuck will fully inspect all components, disasemble and machine drive dogs. Send complete transmission, shift forks, shift shafts and drum for inspection. The Hayabusa is known for 2nd gear issues, jumping out of gear. Chuck can normally turn these jobs around in 1-2 days. 2nd gear shift fork and shift shaft will typically need to be replaced.

Please wrap transmissions well. I see many come to shop packaged loosely damaging gears in package.
