Air Shifter Kit with MPS Auto Shift Box
Our air shifter kits are made to RC's specs. This kit is for the Electric kill air shifter kit with the MPS Auto Shift Box. The MPS box allows you to adjust the amount of kill time the bike has from 50 to 100 milliseconds. The MPS Auto Shift Box allows you to shift at a predetermined RPM using RPM Modules (sold seperately). You can also shift early by simply pressing the shift button. So if you have a 12,000 RPM module installed into the MPS Box, you can shift early at say 10,000 RPM by pressing the shift button, or you can rev the bike to 12,000 RPM and the bike will shift automatically. If the RPM chip is removed from the box, the MPS Auto Shift Box will function just like a regular MPS Box (no auto shift at all).
Air shifters kill the spark to your motor for a split second allowing your bike to shift without using the clutch which can lower Drag Racing E.T. All fittings in the kit are leak-proof push in type fittings (the good fittings), not the cheap fittings that some kits come with. The push type fittings make installation a breeze.
Air shifter Kit includes:
DOT approved aluminum bottle ( 9oz. or 1 lb ), 10' of 1/4" tubing, switching valve, air cylinder w/clevis, 200 PSI guage, all the fittings, and a MPS Auto Shift Kill Box.
9 oz. Bottles are usually used on the 05-08 GSXR 1000
1 lb Bottles are usually used on the 01-04 GSXR 1000 and 99-08 Hayabusa
