RC's Performance now offers the same custom JE pistons we use, to the public so that you can build your own 3mm ( 1070cc ), 4mm ( 1100cc ), or 5mm ( 1127cc ) engine. These are our custom pistons NOT OFF THE SHELF PISTONS. We strongly recommend using Carrillo Rods along with these piston kits. We also have piston kits available for 4mm and 6mm stroker motors. Piston kits include: pistons, rings, circlips, and wrist pins.
We are now offering our custom 1070cc Nitrous Pistons to the public. These pistons are designed specifically for running large amounts of nitrous and feature gas porting, custom upper ring land, and skirt designed for maximum strength.
*** Please note that when installing on the 05-08 GSXR 1000 ***
***Nitrous Piston has large wrist pin diameter 16mm***
*** Carrillo Rods are highly recommended for Nitrous***
If you are not using Carrillo rods on the 05-08 GSXR 1000
then purchase the off the shelf piston with the
15mm wrist pin model listed above.
These piston kits are for motors with stock stroke cranks.
