GSXR 1000 Piston Kits
2001-2008 GSXR 1000
Raising an engine's compression will increase horse power and torque through out power curve. Choose onee of these piston kits to add some horse power.
RC's Performance now offers stock bore high compression pistons for the 2005-2008 GSXR 1000. These are 13.8:1 compression ratio pistons to replace your 12.5:1 stock pistons using your stock rods. The 2005-2008 pistons use the factory Suzuki rings and are included in the purchase of these pistons.
2001-2004 GSXR1000 pistons are 13.5:1 compression, rings included.
We also have Turbo pistons available for the 2001-2008 GSXR 1000. These JE pistons feature 9.8:1 and 10.1:1 compression ratio and must be used with a special .060" head gasket. Rings are also included with the purchase of these pistons.
These piston kits are for motors with stock stroke cranks.
