OPTIONS explained.....
Heavy Duty Valve Springs: Heavy duty valve springs are a safety measure against floating a valve or spitting a shim. Major engine damage can occur if too weak of a spring is used. We suggest upgrading to heavy duty valve springs in all nitrous applications or if you are upgrading to a high lift cam.
Bronze Valve Seats: Bronze valve seats are used to help avoid premature wear on the valve face of Stainless Steel and Titanium valves. The stock Stellite valve seats are much more abrasive to the valve face. Utilizing the Bronze valve seats prolong the life of exotic valve materials such as Inconel, Stainless, and Titanium.
Hayabusa Buckets: When using a high lift cam, such as a .425"-.450", Hayabusa buckets are used to prevent the cam lobes from running off the bucket and damaging either the bucket or the cam. Hayabusa buckets will be installed on the intake and your stock intake buckets will be moved to the exhaust side.
Clearance Cam Journal Caps: When using a high lift cam (.415" and larger), your cam journal caps will need to be clearanced so the lobes do not come in contact with the cam caps. Damage could be as minor as small cam wear or as drastic as catastrophic engine failure.
