CNC cut ports for consistency between ports for exact match in port geometry 2. The seat is matched, blended and carefully transitioned into bowl area 3. Each valve guide is cut to match roof and port contour 4. Our valve seat cutters are proprietary profiles for MAX HP 5. Each intake divider is carefully shaped to produce the best airflow 6. Combustion chamber volume is reduced, if needed, by machining 7. Bowl is adjusted for volume depending on application Porting and polishing a head is a key area to BIG horsepower. A head that is ported properly can yield greater air flow and allow the motor to "breathe," allowing more air and fuel into the combustion chamber.   Available Options and Services for Head Work : 1.
